Eligible children:
Children who are younger than twelve years old and are confirmed to qualify one of the following situations are eligible to enter the Home:
Those who are under the protection of Child and Youth Welfare Law.
Those who have lost both parents.
Those whose both parents or the guardian side are under one of the following conditions:
i. Over sixty years old.
ii. Suffer from mental illness.
iii. Suffer from long-termed illness and long-termed medical treatment. Handicapped and have no working ability.
iv. Convicted crime and are under legal execution.
v. Improper educating the children or the lack of guarding duty.
vi. Disappearance.
Those who are confirmed to be raised in low-income families.
Those who are ruled by the court to be taken in for correction.
