The Home was divided into
eleven
homes according to the children's ages and sexes. The caring mode is cottage-style under institutional care. When the children are settled, their living and education expenses are provided by the Home whereas the protection and education personnel is in charge of their lives and gives instructions about children's school works. The protection and education personnel teaches the children by his/her own example, and employs encouragement rather than punishment. They exert subtle influence on the children's character and thinking with their professional knowledge and social resources in order to develop the well-balanced children.
