We work hard in recent years
in service quality and performances of different business. For the
implementation various changes of business measures, we propose our future
method:
First, improve the environment
at home, add facilities and promote the service image.
According to the regulation to
re- draft a medium long-term to the facilities equipment for improving the
children’s life service quality and hope to provide the children with a living
environment security, health and happy growth space, promote prefect
development of their mind and body.
Second, educate to live
independently when the children leave home and strengthen the service quality.
Our children reach the age of
20 or accommodate condition disappear, need to go through formalities of
leaving home and carriage return the family of born. If originally family is
not better as well, or can't return to it, the children have to face the
society in advance. If doesn’t educate to live independently when the children
leave home and doesn’t strengthen the service quality, it will be extreme
difficult to adapt to the society. So it is necessary to assist the children
who leave home to go to school continuously or obtain employment steadily and
promote the good social adjustment and ability of the independent life.
Third, make the best of social
resources and strengthen the community to incorporate, expand the service
space
We develop social resources
actively in recent years, not only strengthen with the community and various
public service groups but also need to add the volunteers for teaching
activities of day off lessons. In order to enhance community to integrate and
extend service net, need to participate the community activity and open our
places periodically, then make us become a member of the community and get
approbation.
Fourth, set up professional
work group and get knowledge, stimulate the colleague's service innovation.
According to the regulation to
encourage the staffs to keep study, promote the new knowledge of own job, pay
attention to every professional training, including participating in the
in-service training, studying, the incumbency core curriculum training, the
business organization to observe and learn, and inviting the experts to do
some lectures and instructions. Also build up professional councilor's system
and professional service valuation, in order to do a good job of own job,
strengthen the correct working idea, understand children's individual
differences, the children that especially to developing slowly, mood obstacle,
and behavioral deviation give a recovery treating, trader that consults
psychology, etc., produce a professional work group.
Fifth, promote the lessons and
strengthen recreational activity, promote the children's learning growth.
We utilize to the workers such
as the school corporations, social personages, substitute the battles,
professional teachers for children's long-term lessons, contact with school,
assess learning abilities of children to remedy and coach, improve children's
academic environment, then promote children's self-confidence. In the living
care aspect, except food, clothes, live and work, should pay attention to
recreational activity even more, increase indoor recreation activity
facilities, in order to train the interpersonal relationships.
